The Lumazone FA system is a high-performance solution for advanced fluorescence and chemiluminescence macroscopic imaging applications. The FA configuration provides an automated stage and simple, automated brightfield image acquisition.
Thanks to the Lumazone FA system's 200-W metal halide light source, even the dimmest samples can be illuminated. The FA system includes 100-step fluorescence intensity control to give users precise control of lamp intensity. An integrated shutter and a six-position excitation filter wheel are also included.
The Lumazone FA system comes with a six-position emission filter wheel, too, as well as excitation and emission filters for GFP and RFP imaging applications.
Lumazone FA system users can choose one of four back-illuminated CCD or EMCCD cameras, or they can opt for a front-illuminated EMCCD camera (the 1002FE).
