A monolayer of spontaneously beating hiPSC were illuminated with a blue wavelength (~470 nm) fiber-coupled high-power LED through an excitation band pass filter (BP 470/40 nm) and a dichroic beamsplitter (FT 495 nm). Resulting green wavelength light (~522 nm) was filtered through an emission band pass filter (BP 525/50 nm) and captured on a Photometrics Prime 95B Scientific CMOS camera at ~170 fps through a 1x objective lens and an 80 mm condenser lens pair.
