Dotphoton Jetraw Raw Image Data Compression Tool

Features

Teledyne Photometrics cameras are now compatible with Jetraw from Dotphoton, a post-acquisition lossless compression software typically allowing for a 7:1 compression ratio with the speed of 200MB/s/core.

Dotphoton requires some details from the camera certificate of performance (COP) for optimal performance. Should you have lost your COP please contact Teledyne Photometrics support for a new copy.

Intelligent Imaging Innovations (3i) Slidebook 6 Software

Features

SlideBook from Intelligent Imaging Innovations is a powerful experiment automation and analysis package designed for advanced fluorescence microscopy.

The software comes standard with drivers to control hundreds of instruments in and around the microscope. Additional modules are available for special applications ranging from deconvolution to photomanipulation to multiphoton.

Leica Application Suite X (LAS X)

Features

Features

National Instruments LabVIEW System Design Software

Features

  • LabVIEW supported version: 2020 SP1 (64-bit), 2021 (64-bit), 2021 SP1 (64-bit)
    • LabVIEW prerequisites: VAS (NI Vision Acquisition Software) with the free IMAQ library for NI cameras should be installed to enable IMAQ display component in the sample.
  • PVCam.NET Adapter version: 1.1.5.0
  • PVCAM version recommended: 3.9.10.5
  • OS supported: Win 10 (x64)
  • Supports Kinetix (PCIe & USB 3.1 Gen2) and Prime BSI Express (USB 3.1 Gen2)
  • Older cameras may also work but were not tested during validation, contact support for version 1.2.1 for older cameras.
